Terms and Conditions (“Terms”)

Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”, “Terms and Conditions”) carefully before subscribing to this particular subscription (“Subscription”).

6 Keys Limited a company incorporated in with registered number 05598910 whose registered office is at Broadlands Manor Peckleton Lane, Leicester Forest West, Leicester, LE9 9QU (“Us”, “We”).

We have purchased the rights for the Subscription in bulk from LinkedIn Ireland Unlimited Company (“LinkedIn”).

You agree to purchase this monthly Subscription from Us for a monthly/annual fee as described above.

The Subscription is provided under the LinkedIn Subscription Agreement available at https://legal.linkedin.com/lsa/LinkedIn-Subscription-Agreement ("LSA"). You agree to the same terms as a customer (“Customer”) with LinkedIn.

You agree the applicable terms in the LSA apply similarly between You and Us.

You agree to pay Us the Fee every month starting from today (“Effective Date”) until this Agreement is terminated.

The Term will commence from the Effective Date for the initial 12 months.

Except as provided in the LSA, Subscription purchased under this Agreement is non-cancellable and non-refundable.

You agree to provide Us with a written notice to terminate this agreement before Your Term ends.

You agree to pay the total Fee for the remaining Term should You terminate this Agreement before the Term ends.
